pre-Op ERCP is ideal in-view of Operative Time.I do not find advntage of Simultaneous approach as there is a risk of Post ERCP Pancreatitis which can be an Issue of recovery whee Surgeon should be able to answer in cases of complications such as need for Rendezvous proceedue.I feel after a day Of ERCP if Amylase is Normal lap choly better.
Even in Those cases who really require CBD drainage for Clodocholothiatic Cholangitis it may beneficicial but most of the time we need to have DISASTER control than combined techniques.
